How to check Zong Balance
To check your Zong balance, you can use one of the following methods:
- Dial *222# from your Zong SIM card and press the call button. You will receive a message on your phone screen showing your remaining balance.
- Dial 310 from your Zong SIM card and listen to the voice prompt. Select the option for balance inquiry and you will be informed of your remaining balance.
- You can also download the “My Zong App” on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, login with your Zong number and password, and you will be able to see your remaining balance and other details.
- Send an SMS with the text “BA” to 6464 from your Zong SIM card. You will receive a message with your remaining balance.
